We’re looking for a motivated and creative **Marketing Assistant** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of exciting campaigns, and promotional efforts that turn ideas into measurable success. As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the team to deliver impactful strategies that boost awareness, engagement, and sales across our Land division. From amplifying resort offerings to coordinating campaigns and reporting results, you’ll help ensure the smooth rollout of marketing initiatives that drive business growth.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Supporting new resort launches and enhancing exposure for existing destinations and packages
- Collaborating with internal teams (Product, Sales, Marketing) to gather insights and contribute to campaign development
- Assisting in the delivery of marketing strategies, including ad campaigns, events, sponsorships, and promotions
- Coordinating with creative teams for content development and asset delivery
- Preparing presentations, marketing decks, and case studies
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent communication
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy
- Providing general support to the Marketing & Tourism Partnerships Manager and Campaign Specialist

**What we’re looking for**:

- A recent graduate or someone with 1-2 years of marketing experience—ideally with a passion for travel
- Solid understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels
- A collaborative, team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills
- Creative thinker with a proactive mindset and attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow through hands-on experience and mentorship
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and openness to learning new tools
