**The Opportunity**:
This is a key role within a warm, collaborative team where both clients and colleagues are treated like family. You’ll work closely with the Principal Adviser and broader team to provide exceptional administration support and deliver a truly personalised, high-touch client experience that we’re proud of.

We value work-life balance and are open to this being a full-time or 4 days per week position.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare essential documents for client review meetings.
- Utilise Xplan Software to proactively manage and follow up on tasks.
- Handle client implementation processes, including preparation of necessary paperwork.
- Collaborate with various parties such as fund managers and accountants to gather client information.
- Maintain and update client databases and files to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings.

**Position Requirements**:

- Current experience in a similar role within the **Financial Planning industry is a pre-requisite.**:

- Proficiency with Xplan financial planning software at an intermediate level.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a team, focus on clients, and possess strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach, enthusiasm, and the capacity to take responsibility and show initiative in task completion.
- The ability to prioritise tasks, multitask, and adapt to shifting priorities when necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
