We're launching a new **display-only showroom** in Essendon, designed to inspire — not store stock. Products are showcased beautifully with QR codes for easy online shopping.

**About the Role**:
We're looking for a reliable and well-presented **Showroom & Customer Service Coordinator** to run the day-to-day operations of our showroom from **Tuesday to Saturday**. This is a **casual role** (full-time hours), offering flexibility for both you and us — with the opportunity to grow into something permanent if it’s the right fit.

You’ll assist walk-in customers, guide them through our product displays, handle trade enquiries from builders, and manage customer service and online order fulfilment behind the scenes. You’ll often be running the space solo, so confidence, organisation, and initiative are key.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and guide customers through our modern display showroom
- Show customers how to view specs and purchase products online via QR codes
- Fulfill online orders and prepare dispatch paperwork
- Liaise with builders, designers, and trade clients who visit the showroom
- Keep the showroom neat, styled, and professional
- Assist with light warehouse/order admin tasks as needed

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in a showroom, bathroomware, interiors, or trade retail environment
- Strong communication skills, both in-person and digitally
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage a space independently
- Confident assisting both homeowners and trade clients
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with QR code-based online ordering systems
- Knowledge of bathroom products is a bonus (or willingness to learn quickly)

**Employment Structure**:
This is a **casual position**, offering **38 hours per week** on a regular **Tuesday-Saturday** schedule.
You’ll receive a competitive hourly rate with casual loading included (no leave entitlements), and there’s **potential to transition to a permanent position** after a successful trial period.
