Captain Nemo's - Based in our Gold Coast Store - is currently seeking 1 person.

An EXPERIENCED Swimming Pool & Spa Shop Sales Assistant
- The applicant must have:

- Sales experience within the swimming pool industry
- Demonstrate excellent customer service.
- Must be competent in all areas of pool chemistry,
- Demonstrate how pool equipment may meet a clients’ needs and assist in closing sales
- Have the ability to problem solve pool & spa issues
- Maintaining store merchandising standards whilst ensuring the shop is kept neat and tidy at all times
- Assist in implementing processes and practices
- Administration experience would be an advantage

Exceptional people skills, enjoys dealing with customers and a strong sales drive is essential. The delivery of high level of customer service, exceeding sales targets and an ability to thrive under pressure whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail is what we are looking for in the successful applicant

The position will also involve some heavy lifting, ability to learn and adapt; be innovative, honest & trustworthy, resilient with a can-do attitude; whilst providing accurate information on customer enquires; work unsupervised, and deliver high standard of work ethic.

The applicant must also have a pleasant and confident manner, excellent organisational, willingness to learn and time management skills with the ability to think on your feet. A high level of sales and customer service skills is necessary. The successful applicant must be reliable, able to work within a team and good people skills are essential.

Must have own transport as you may be required to travel to different branches.

Part uniform will be supplied.

Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays

Attractive base salary and commission structure apply

**Salary**: $40,660.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
