Estimator
who's ready to grow with us—and not just in their current role.
We're on the hunt for someone with strong residential estimating experience (5+ years) who understands production estimating inside and out—and wants more than just a desk job. What You'll Do

• Prepare & review detailed costings, take-offs and cost plans
• Collaborate closely with Site Managers, Suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Negotiate pricing and maintain supplier relationships
• Track variations and project financial performance
• Drive accuracy, speed, and quality across all estimating outputs

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of residential estimating experience (production background highly regarded)
• Strong knowledge of construction processes & pricing structures
• Experience with Databuild preferred
• A trade background (ideally Carpentry) or a Diploma in Building & Construction
• Great communication skills and the confidence to work across teams
• A mindset for growth—you're hungry to evolve and take your career further
