**About the role**
As the Customer Service Team Leader, you will provide leadership to a dedicated team of Customer Service Officers, across multiple sites. Your ability to nurture a culture of customer-centric service officers whilst help driving process improvements and efficiencies will be crucial. Your flair for coaching and mentoring others will enable you to foster a supportive team culture through hands on proactive leadership. Key to your role will be an ability to work cohesively with multiple internal and external stakeholders to contribute to ongoing business success.

**What you will be doing**
- Leading, developing and motivating our multi-site Customer Service Team to deliver excellence
- Maintain and model customer service standards in relation to ensuring enhanced customer experiences
- Coach and develop team members through support, feedback and training to enable the team to perform at their maximum potential
- Working with the broader business partners to ensure issues are identified and resolved
- Maintaining a safe and compliant workplace for our staff and customers

**What you will bring**
- Industry & product specific knowledge
- Customer service experience
- People leadership experience - preferred but not essential
- Exceptional communication skills (written/verbal)
- Effective time management
