- Full time OR Part time options available.
- We are open from 8AM to 8PM Monday to Friday & 8AM to 6PM on Saturday
- You are able to select the working hours that suit you best
- Maternity role with option to continue permanently

**What you will do**:

- Conduct functional behaviour assessments (FBAs) across home, school, and community environments.- Develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs) in line with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission guidelines.- Work collaboratively with clients, families, support coordinators, and multidisciplinary teams.- Provide training, coaching, and capacity building to a multi-disciplinary team- Monitor and review the effectiveness of interventions and make adjustments as needed.- Prepare comprehensive, compliant documentation and reports within required timeframes.- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and evidence-based practice.- Lead and mentor a team of Behaviour Support Clinicians.- Maintain a varied Case load alongside your leadership responsibilities**How we will support you**:
