**Role**

**What are we looking for?**
- Demonstrated change and release management experience in delivering major business solutions into production/implementation within complex environments
- A leader who has experience managing teams, and fostered an environment where diversity of thought, a growth mindset and passion to deliver great customer outcomes is celebrated and recognised.
- Technical expertise with the ability to effectively document policies and procedures
- Ideally you have experience in the financial services industry and managing projects or initiatives in a technology driven environment desirable
- Sound understanding of the SDLC
- Ability to communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders

**What would be your key responsibilities?**
- Communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders on Environment, Configuration and Application requirements, delivery and support
- Deliver and maintain configuration and release Management Plans
- Plan, manage, and report on releases across environments by working closely with key stakeholders and partner with vendors.
