**Who we are**:Leap Health and Wellbeing is an award-winning fitness and wellbeing studio in Chatswood combining low-impact training such as Pilates, Yoga and Barre with functional strength and cardio training. We pride ourselves in the delivery of quality small group classes, in a supportive and inclusive environment.

**Who are we looking for**:An exercise professional (with qualification in or studying towards a qualification in Exercise Physiology or certification in Fitness/Pilates) who can **run group classes and one-on-one training sessions**, who is **excited by the opportunity to work across multiple areas of our business**.

You will get exposure to the **behind-the-scenes operation** of a growing fitness studio, and be coached by the studio owner. Your **knowledge in exercise and health is crucial**, and directly applied to improve the services offered at the studio.

**Key responsibilities and accountabilities**:
Tasks outlined below are just a general guide
- Conduct Group and Private Exercise Sessions_
- Coach group exercise classes in (not limited to) cardio+strength training, and/or Pilates
- Coach one-on-one private and three-on-one semi-private sessions, and be comfortable in modifying for injuries and personalised programs
- Admin and Business Support_
- Develop educational contents on health, fitness, and wellbeing
- Contribute to studio social media presence
- Help improve studio processes to improve customer experience and operation efficiencies
- Studio equipment maintenance
- Customer Service_
- Conduct ad-hoc training sessions and/or fitness assessments for members
- Answer customer queries online and face-to-face
- Compile weekly/monthly reports and sharing insights on member attendance

**Desirable**:

- Strong ability in customer service
- Desire to forge a career in health and fitness, and be a key support to a growing business
- Excellent written and verbal skills, extremely organised
- Keen, positive, proactive
- Independent, responsible, ability to learn quickly
- Honest and trustworthy
- Attention to detail
- Multi-lingual (English, Chinese, Korean) preferred but not essential

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
