**About the Role**
Step into a pivotal leadership role shaping how Grampians Health manages enterprise-wide risk. You’ll lead risk strategy, build safer systems, and embed a culture of proactive risk awareness. Ideal for someone who thrives on responsibility, system thinking, and driving change.
- Lead and evolve our Enterprise Risk Management framework
- Support a culture of safety, accountability, and innovation
- Guide staff on compliance, risk systems, and improvements
- Oversee development of risk reduction strategies
- Collaborate across teams to drive smarter decisions

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and enhance the ERM and Business Continuity Framework
- Provide expert advice on organisational risk and compliance
- Lead development of risk strategies and governance documents
- Promote use of systems like RiskMan and Risk Register
- Support audit functions and KPI achievement
- Supervise and coach staff in quality and improvement

**Skills & Experience**
- Degree in risk management or related field
- Proven experience in enterprise risk systems (e.g. RiskMan / VHIMS)
- Strong leadership, coaching, and change management skills
- Knowledge of ISO 31000 and healthcare regulations
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and collaboration
