Ensure effective ICT services are delivered to SAAS by monitoring Service Level Expectations. Develop and manage relationships, partnerships and networks with business executive and senior business representatives to identify ICT pain points within the business. **What We Offer**: - Work in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment with a culture of inclusion and diversity. - Giving back to the people of South Australia Play a vital role in enhancing the well-being of our community. - We take care of you Access to a range of staff and wellness support programs **Key Responsibilities**: - Service Delivery Planning: - Review, analyse, and summarize all SAAS-wide ICT requirements into an "ICT Strategy and Service Delivery Plan" for a rolling 5-year framework. - Ensure alignment of the ICT Strategy and Service Delivery Plan with Digital Health's strategic ICT Plan. - Define the implementation framework and manage the execution of the plan. Strategic Management: - Develop a SAAS-specific ICT Strategy Plan that aligns with and supports SAAS's strategic plan. - Plan, develop, and implement strategic and departmental business plans and associated programs. Service Level Management: - Formulate, agree, and maintain an appropriate ICT Service Level Management structure, including Service Level Expectations (SLEs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Service Improvement Plans. - Monitor and analyse trends in SLE and SLA performance, provide recommendations for improvements and identify areas for potential efficiencies. - Implement an SLE reporting and monitoring framework to assess the value and effectiveness of ICT services. Business Improvement: - Facilitate business improvement initiatives and establish sound business processes that underpin SAAS's relationship with Digital Health SA. - Develop, maintain, and communicate clear business processes for SAAS relating to the ICT governance framework. - Research and analyse available corporate electronic reporting tools, and implement the best-fit tool for SAAS. Financial Management: - Provide assistance and advice in developing ICT operating and capital budgets. - Direct and coordinate the preparation, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of the ICT annual budget and financial plan. - Manage specific IT contracts with vendors according to the Contract Management Framework. Project Management: - Contribute to ICT projects identified in the SAAS ICT Strategy and Service Delivery Plan, ensuring timely delivery, quality, functionality, and adherence to budgets. - Research, analyse, and develop Business Cases for future initiatives outlined in the SAAS ICT Strategy and Service Delivery Plan. - Provide guidance to SAAS Project Ma
