Experience 8+ in content writing Role Type: looking for an experienced, high-performing, passionate and innovative individual to join the team to take the lead on all things content. At the highest level the role will be responsible for making sure our content is findable, readable, inclusive and fit for the audience. To achieve this, as part of the intranet project, you’ll work with and lead a small team of content designers to define and operationalise the intranets Information Architecture, content standards and guidelines for the employee facing channels in our portfolio, with a focus on sustainability of the intranets content.

One who understands the central role that purposeful, usable content plays in creating meaningful experiences for people, and experienced in content design, content governance, content strategy, and Information Architecture you’ll be a trusted advisor that can lead a team of content designers to deliver great content within our project timelines. This will include:

- refining our information architecture
- use our content standards and guidelines to create engaging, well-structured content that meets user needs and business objectives
- take part in pair writing and peer reviews, and
- be an advocate for all things content.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following skills and experience:

- Excellent problem-solving skills and an organised approach to ensure we stay on track to project timelines.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills.
- Research skills that enable you to create business-focused content strategies through stakeholder interviews, data analytics, content audits, gap analyses and more.
- Able to capture complex ideas and express them in a clear, concise and engaging writing style.
- Exemplary stakeholder management and influencing skills.

People management experience, and experience in the development of high-performance cultures is highly desirable.

**Salary**: Up to $112,000.00 per year
