Perched on the corner of Norwest Boulevard, our spacious 4,651 sqm Norwest club is your go-to location for work, rest and play in the Hills District. Inside you'll find 5 large studios for classes including Reformer Pilates, Grid Training (HIIT), Yoga, Cycle, Barre (and more), a large open gym with Technogym equipment, a sparkling 25m swimming pool, spa and sauna, indoor climbing wall, luxury changeroom amenities, Club-V creche facilities and our Swimsters swim school for the kids, and a bright café for unwinding post-workout.

**Your gig**

Reporting to the Product Manager, you'll oversee the delivery of service standards on the gym floor and the personal training/ group exercise products these team members engage in.
- In a nutshell, _
- You'll oversee the entire product range of gym floor services and delivery standards, including the day to day management of floor shift adherence and rostering requirements.
- You'll ensure engagement levels of gym floor products are met and work to achieve PT session volumes, with accountability for progression of coaches on the gym floor.
- You'll recruit, onboard, develop and motivate the exercise experience coaches through their first 6-12 months employment journey to achieve agreed targets and identify gaps and areas for further development with the assistance of the relevant Head Coach
- You'll advocate safety and ensure an overall safe environment for members and team members.
- You'll naturally act as a brand ambassador to support marketing activities as required.

**All about you**
- You have 2+ years of relevant leadership experience your Cert IV in Fitness, your first aid, flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule and can readily obtain a clear Working with Children Check (if required). You may also have studied exercise science. A+ for you.
- You have aligned experience within the fitness journey (PT). You know how to lead a team to deliver meaningful fitness experiences and thrive on exceeding performance targets. You may also have an in depth understanding of the core group exercise domains. A++ for you.
- You are people-focused. You're comfortable connecting with members and thrive on building true community. You're confident and cool under pressure.
- You are self-assured. You listen intently. You speak eloquently. You can explain just about anything to anyone and you're comfortable communicating at all levels. You're authentic when you express yourself.
- You are driven. You love motivating others. You're comfortable managing your time and can be counted on to reach targets.
