Product Analyst

Full Time Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Product Analyst's to play a crucial role in supporting the creation and evolution of Greenstone's innovative technology products that drive business growth and enhance user experiences. This role involves in-depth business analysis, facilitation, documentation, and collaboration to ensure products meet user needs and business objectives.
As a Product Analyst, you will be a key advisor in a delivery team, playing a crucial role in shaping our technological future, enhance user experience and driving sustainable growth in an increasingly competitive digital landscape.
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience within a similar position, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment
- Excellent communication skills to articulate product requirements and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in eliciting and documenting requirements, evaluating business objectives, and recommending process improvements
- Ability to discover and solve problems using data-driven decision-making principles
- Experience in using data analysis and reporting to drive product decisions
- Keen insight into user and customer needs to drive user-centric product decisions

**Desirable**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a similar field
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban
- Proficiency in creating detailed user stories
- Deep understanding of product operational and performance metrics
- Understanding of the Direct Insurance industry and domain-specific challenges
