Talent International are currently recruiting for multiple
**APS5 level Capability Partner’s **to work in both
**Instructional Design OR Facilitation** for an Australian Federal Government Client based in either
**Melbourne or Geelong**
**. **This position is an initial 12-month contract with the view to be extended and is paying an
**hourly rate of $53.63 + Super.**

**Responsibilities of the Facilitation position include but are not limited to**:

- Delivering learning programs through digital learning and virtual platforms, including MS Teams and seeking feedback, identifying and reporting trends.
- Maintaining technical knowledge of best practice across capability and learning, innovations in learning and technology, and contributing to the development or continuous improvement of learning projects.
- Providing insight from experience and best practice and advising the development of the learning framework to ensure consistent NDIA curriculum for frontline staff.
- Contributing knowledge, skills and experience to the implementation of technical, vocational and on the job learning programs.
- Resolving enquiries relating to learning programs and activities.
- Developing and maintaining professional knowledge of current approaches to Scheme operations, reporting on the effectiveness of capability and learning programs, and providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Implementing a variety of communication activities through a range of platforms to diverse audiences and contributing as a presenter or a member to different forums and networks.
- Updating and maintaining the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS).

**Responsibilities of the Instructional Design position include but are not limited to**:

- Producing and updating learning and capability courses and projects for face-to-face, digital or eLearning programs and virtual platforms.
- Maintaining technical knowledge of current best practice approaches across a number of business systems and platforms, building capability, learning and innovations in learning and technology.
- Conducting organisational, functional, and individual learning needs analysis, skill gap assessments and audit activities against identified job roles.
- Conducting analysis and developing insights, contributing to the development of the learning framework, producing a consistent NDIA curriculum for frontline staff and continuous improvement.
- Managing learning packages, ensuring resources and programs are current, relevant and maintained in the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Developing awareness of and maintaining oversight of professional knowledge of current approaches to Scheme operations.
