About the Role
- The Administration Officer is responsible for providing high quality administrative support to the College of Business and Law. The Administration Officer will contribute to the execution of initiatives that support the college to meet its strategic and operations plans.

Key Responsibilities- Provide a broad range of general administrative duties to members of college and school staff.-
- Work collaboratively as an effective and flexible member of the team; meeting team standards, by completing tasks in an accurate and timely manner; and working collaboratively to provide support to all team members.-
- Maintain effective working relationships with all relevant stakeholders; use effective and appropriate communication in dealing with internal and external contacts.-
- Provide a case management approach to student queries, ensuring a timely resolution within required Service Level Agreements.Undertake other duties as required from time to time.Key Selection Criteria
- To be successful in this position, you will have:
- Experience in providing administrative support, preferably in a university environment or similar large and complex organisation.-
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills.-
- Well-developed interpersonal and problem-solving skills.-
- Ability to build and maintain effective and productive relationships with a wide range of groups, both internal and external to the University.Proven ability to work effectively as a flexible team member committed to achieving own and work team goals and priorities, and to continuous improvement.-
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a demanding environment.**Qualifications**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent years of relevant experience.
