Analyst - Perth, WA.
The Role
We have an opportunity for a high calibre Analyst to join our Resource & Industrial’s division, based in Perth. You will play a critical role in costs and revenue controls on key client contracts within the Minerals, Oils & Gases space. This role involves the preparation, analysis, and reporting of key client claims.
Key Responsibilities- Revenue: Prepare proforma claims across different key client scopes to a stage of upload into client ERP.- Spend forecasts: Develop and prepare forecast of key client spend including reporting on fluctuations and opportunities for growth.- Reporting tools: Collaborate with ORA and dashboards to visualize revenue performance.- Key client revenue reporting: Ensure the timely and accurate reporting of revenue in alignment with company goals and accounting policies.- Internal Controls and Compliance: Ensure that financial practices, especially related to cost and revenue recognition, comply with internal policies.- System and Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve claims processes for accuracy and efficiency. Recommend changes to process to streamline claim processing and cash collection.
Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor of Accounting, MBA or CPA qualified- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.- Transactional Management, experience working with accounts receivable highly advantageous- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.- Attention to detail
