**ICT Contracts & Procurement Officer**

Working across large ICT categories and reporting to the Senior Advisor Contracts & Commercial Performance, this role is part of a collaborative team who value individual input and offers genuine flexibility.

This opportunity is within a high-volume and dynamic environment that spans a range of procurement and commercial activity.

**About the role**:

- Preparing correspondence including briefing notes and procurement documentation ensuring effective records management and reporting.
- Assist in the planning and formation of low to medium risk IT contracts.
- Maintain contract records in GTP Commercial Application.
- Assist in the development of reports, tools and templates to ensure compliance with policies and procedures including internal controls.
- Assist in coordinating and responding to queries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate across business units to deliver value for money, and deliver procurement outcomes.

**About you**:
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Demonstrated experience in procurement and contract management.
- Well-developed written communication and interpersonal skills, including the preparation of procurement and technical documents.
- Ability to liaise, consult and negotiate with a range of stakeholders.
- Good level of conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to identify and highlight key issues.
- Proven ability to plan, prioritise and organise workloads to agreed timeframes.
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office suite and power BI skills desirable.

**Salary**: DCS grade 5/6, with the base salary for this role starting at $89,707 base plus superannuation
