About the role
As a Customer Experience Manager, you will showcase your strong leadership abilities through overseeing both the customer relations and rostering teams. You will also manage the onboarding and offboarding of customers to ensure a smooth and positive end-to-end experience for both the customers and their families. Utilise your networking skills with internal and external stakeholders to increase our customer referral base and build new leads across both Supported Independent Living and in home care. Proficiencies in problem solving and thinking outside the box are required to create new ways to boost the engagement of customers, as well as the resolution of customer based concerns.
Essential experience
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, also consulting with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience working within the health, disability, or community services sector
- Have a sound knowledge of the NDIS and NDIS Practice Standards
- The ability to act with discretion surrounding sensitive matters and maintain the relevant level of confidentiality
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a similar role or leadership position
- Certificate 3 or 4 In Individual Support or similar preferred
- Qualifications in Business, or management will be viewed favourably
