**The role**

This Senior management position is based in Dingley Village and is responsible for all HVAC Service and Aftermarket operations across Vic/Tas. Reporting to the Managing Director, Carrier Australia you will bring solid experience in leading diversely located teams in achieving high customer satisfaction and financial results.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivery of top and bottom line revenue as budgeted whilst identifying growth potential across your region- Key customer interaction building strong relationships- Strategic input and implementation- Workforce planning and training- Ensuring accurate and measurable reporting

**To be successful**

You will have demonstrated leadership skills including P&L responsibility in a similar role within the HVAC industry

**You will need the following**:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems or aligned industries- Good commercial understanding including budget preparation- A high level of analytical skill- Strong negotiation and conflict management skills- A desire to continuously improve, grow your career and drive productivity
