- Minara Resources has an opportunity for a Perth based Area Administrator to play a pivotal role in providing administration support to the Human Resources team at Murrin Murrin Operations.

Minara Resources is Australia’s largest cobalt producer and a major world producer of nickel. Our Murrin Murrin site in WA’s northern Goldfields is an integrated nickel and cobalt mining and processing operation employing over 1,000 people. Glencore employs over 145,000 people operates around 150 operating mining and processing sites, oil production assets and agricultural facilities in over 35 countries.

**The Role**
The successful person will have an impeccable attention to detail and be responsible for managing rostering, travel, accommodation, documentation control, reporting, and other general administrative tasks as required. You will be responsible for:

- Managing flight and accommodation bookings and rosters for multiple departments across the business.
- Processing travel requests, training bookings, and arranging offsite accommodation.
- Promoting and complying with company policies and procedures related to leave management, training, travel and accommodation.
- Providing clerical and administrative support to the leadership team as required.

**About You**
The role would suit a highly organised and proactive administration professional who ensures the smooth operation, facilitation and optimisation of the human resource team on site.
You will also have:

- Experience in an administrative role, preferably in within the resources industry
- Intermediate user of Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams
- Previous experience with INX Sam and Oracle is advantageous
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise work whilst ensuring attention to detail.
