**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced and motivated **Team Leader** to manage our pool of support workers, oversee daily operations, and contribute to business development.
This role is ideal for a people-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is willing to jump in and work “on the floor” when needed.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of disability support workers
- Manage daily scheduling, rostering, and operational requirements
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of staff
- Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with NDIS and organisational standards
- Build positive relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders
- Drive business growth through community engagement and networking
- Occasionally work alongside support workers on the floor to ensure service quality and participant satisfaction

**About You**
- Previous leadership experience in disability services or a related sector
- Strong understanding of NDIS processes and compliance requirements
- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
