**Logistics Supply Administrator** to be involved in a wide range of administration

work for a major global corporation.

**About the Opportunity**:
Key responsibilities include the following:

- Receipt direct & indirect materials within the inventory management system.
- Ensure Purchase Order non conformances are documented in SAP.
- Manage time slot for raw materials of selected vendors within agreed metrics & update information relating deliveries within system.
- Assist with coordination and management of inventory transfers between 3PL warehouses.
- Assist with data collection and reporting of Logistic KPI’s.
- Other Administrative duties as directed by the Warehouse Manager.
- Tertiary qualifications highly desirable although not essential.
- Sound communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisation skills, ability to multi task & strong attention to detail.
- Displays a ‘can do’ attitude, willing to learn and take on new tasks as required.
- Sound MS Office Skills with SAP experience.
- Ability to liaise with internal & external key stakeholders.
