We are currently seeking an experienced **Supply and Distribution Manager** to lead our procurement and logistics operations, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and cost-effective supply chain across all business units.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support operational needs across waste collection, transport, and processing functions.
- Oversee procurement activities and negotiate supplier agreements to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage inventory levels of critical supplies such as PPE, chemicals, vehicle parts, and consumables to avoid downtime and overstocking.
- Coordinate logistics and warehouse operations across multiple sites, ensuring timely distribution and storage of goods and equipment.
- Monitor and refine inventory tracking systems and ensure accurate recording of stock movements.
- Collaborate with operational teams and external vendors to plan deliveries, manage lead times, and resolve supply issues.
- Review storage processes and layout to optimise space, safety, and material handling practices.
- Lead and mentor logistics and warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with environmental and WHS requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to manage disruptions or urgent procurement needs.
- Report regularly to senior management on stock levels, supplier performance, and budget forecasts.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar supply chain, logistics, or procurement leadership role, preferably within waste management, construction, or industrial services.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Proficient in inventory management software and ERP systems.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of WHS, EPA, and sustainability requirements in logistics and procurement operations.
- Valid driver’s licence.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
