We are seeking an experienced and driven **Marketing Specialist** to join our team and support the growth and strategic positioning of our brand. This role is suited to a professional who brings deep expertise in market research, brand development, pricing strategy, and integrated marketing communications.

This is a full-time position with an annual salary range of $77,000 to $80,000 plus superannuation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Commission and conduct in-depth market research to assess demand, identify white space opportunities, and inform investment and strategic decisions
- Collect, analyse, and model market and operational data to assess performance trends, customer segments, and commercial viability of products or services
- Develop detailed competitor analyses, benchmarking reports, and market entry assessments in alignment with investment strategy
- Design and implement integrated marketing programs that support firm-wide business development and portfolio company growth initiatives
- Advise on the full marketing mix, including product positioning, pricing strategy, promotional campaigns, advertising channels, and distribution models
- Create and maintain dashboards and performance tracking tools to evaluate marketing ROI and inform strategic decision-making
- Support brand development strategies to strengthen brand equity and ensure consistent visual and verbal identity across internal and external communications
- Partner with investment and leadership teams to align marketing activity with financial modelling, investor communications, and portfolio company reporting
- Prepare and deliver internal reports, presentations, and market summaries to support partner decision-making and fundraising activities
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and global macroeconomic signals to ensure the firm’s marketing and messaging remain forward-looking and competitive

**About You**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
- Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a mid to senior-level marketing role
- Demonstrated experience with financial models and performance metrics
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination abilities
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns
- High level of professionalism and discretion

Pay: $77,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
