**About the Role**

We are looking for **experienced Commercial Installers and Service Technicians** to take on a full-time role at Alfa Air Conditioning Pty Ltd. You will be responsible for expert installation, service, maintenance, and repair of commercial and residential air conditioning systems.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Install large-scale AC systems as part of our commercial installation team
- Assist other install/repair teams when required
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on air conditioning and refrigeration equipment
- Diagnose and repair faults in air conditioning systems
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed
- Provide high-quality customer service and technical advice
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with industry standards
- Liaise with the office to identify and source required parts

**What We're Looking For**
- Formal qualifications in refrigeration and air conditioning (Certificate III in Air Conditioning or equivalent, recognised in Queensland)
- Minimum of **2 years of experience** as a qualified air conditioning technician
- Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning systems, including fault-finding and repairs for major brands
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Commitment to workplace health and safety standards

**Required Licences & Certifications**
- **Arctick Refrigerant Handling Licence** (Refrigeration Mechanic)
- **QLD Open Australian Driver’s Licence**:

- **Construction Induction Safety Certificate** (White Card)
- **Current First Aid Certificate**

Pay: $55,003.11 - $113,792.14 per year
