**The Company**

Our client, a nationally recognised organisation, provides support and guidance to small business owners across multiple streams to enable growth and success through providing key business partnering.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Team Leader of Membership Support Services, the purpose of this role is to onboard and support our members providing administration and phone support to ensure members maximise their membership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data processing; creating and maintaining member details in the CRM
- Assist members with queries on member benefits and accessing benefits
- Process membership/subscription changes, renewals and cancellations
- First point of contact for incoming calls to assist members with queries
- Preparing member welcome packs, printing certificates, updating details in CRM
- Resolve member issues/complaints in conjunction with the support of the Team Leader
- Undertake other duties, tasks, projects and committees as required

**About You**:

- Experience working in a customer/member facing role.
- Intermediate skills with the MS Office Suite of products, particularly Excel is highly desirable
- Experience using and maintaining databases.
- Experience resolving customer issues in a timely and empathetic fashion.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
