**WHAT ARE YOU IN FOR?**

Reporting directly into the Managing Director, you will be responsible to provide business management and executive support. You will be responsible for:

- MD support - dairy management, document formatting, travel arrangements
- Time management and meetings - booking meetings, recording of minutes, ensuring meeting rooms are prepared
- Admin and office management - stationary orders, coordination of office functions, assistance with accounts payable
- Project support - manage monthly spending on projections and keep abreast with developments in Perth
- Marketing, PR - posting social media content, supporting stakeholder functions and investor meetings

**THE NITTY GRITTY**

You need strong emotional intelligence and be honest and loyal by nature. It’s also key that you aren’t someone that gets flustered when under pressure
- you need to be able to stay focused. You thrive in social situations and have impeccable decorum. In order to be successful in this role you require:

- Experience as an EA at CEO level or as a Business Manager
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- The ability to work autonomously and under high pressure
