Our serviced apartment hotel at Abbotsford is buzzing with long and short-term travellers enjoying all Melbourne has to offer for both work-convenience and recreation.

We now need an experienced and enthusiastic Housekeeping Team Leader to join an enthusiastic and successful team on a part time basis.

Your position will be ‘Services Consultant Team Leader', The main responsibilities of the role include:

- Work alongside a committed team to service and clean rooms and public areas to surprise and delight our guests.
- Make beds, clean bathrooms and kitchens, remove rubbish and dirty linen.
- Clean, dust and tidy set items and areas as per cyclical cleaning roster.
- Report maintenance requirements promptly.
- Assess supplies of amenities for replacement.
- Use equipment and chemicals in accordance with safety procedures and manual handling requirements.
- Lead the team in the absence of the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Training others in housekeeping operations.
- Assisting the Supervisor when needed.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High standard of personal presentation.
- The ability to work within a team or autonomously.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organisation and time management.
- The ability to multitask.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-25 per week

**Salary**: $24.87 - $37.31 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
