As Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Educators who support the learning of children from 0 to 2 years old and benefit from a small, age-appropriate environment where the RIE approach is embedded into your daily practice.

- **Essential Criteria**:_
- An ACECQA approved Diploma of Children's Services (can be working towards ECT), or a recognised Early Childhood Teaching degree
- Strong Educator with considerable Team/Room Leader experience
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates (or willing to obtain)
- Valid NSW Working with Children Check.
