- **Salary - Clerk Grade 3/4, Base Salary ($82,193- $90,001), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading**

**Your role**

**What you’ll do**

Working in the Office of the Legal Profession Admission Board you will co-ordinate a range of critical administration tasks including:

- Assist with the planning and execution of examinations held twice-yearly, including the coordination of marking processes and results publication.
- Enter and maintain data in student records systems and or admission systems with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process requests and provide advice to people seeking admission as a lawyer and prospective students for the LPAB’s Diploma in Law course.
- Assist with the planning and execution of the monthly lawyer admissions and annual student graduation ceremonies as well as the award of prizes to students after each term.
- Contribute to plans and projects to improve the design and quality of student services or admission services.
- Source and compile data and other information for Board management as required.

Knowledge of or ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of relevant legislation, rules and regulations.
