**About the role**

The Works and Field Services Branch are seeking expressions of interests to join our **Parks and Sports, Streetscape and Arboriculture Teams**, undertaking scheduled and reactive maintenance, capital projects and ongoing improvements in our green spaces across the city.

General duties may include but are not limited to; mowing, brush cutting, planting, pruning, spraying herbicides, removing green waste and operating small plant and equipment.

As part of the team, you will also be required to
- Provide excellent customer services for internal and external stakeholders
- Facilitating in development workshops and team planning
- Demonstrate high quality and standards of work
- Hold a current C Class licence or higher
- Have relevant qualifications or experience in horticulture

- Relevant experience working in a Horticulture or Arboriculture role

Applicants may be required to be immunised against Q Fever or Tetanus, dependant on the role

Applicants may be required to undertake respiratory fit testing. (You will be required to be clean shaven for this test)

A pre-employment medical is required for these roles (including a drug and alcohol test)
