Are you a strategic storyteller with a flair for digital engagement? Do you love crafting compelling content that connects, inspires, and engagements the local community? Do you enjoy interacting with the local community and drawing out the engaging stories of our carers, residents and staff? At Churches of Christ, we’re looking for a Marketing & Communications Specialist to help amplify our message and enhance our brand across Queensland and Victoria.

**Essential Requirements and Experience**
- Minimum five years’ experience in a similar role, inclusive of content creation across multiple formats - written, audio and video - and social media management.
- Development, delivery and analysis of content performance and digital community engagement.
- Copywriting capability across multi channels.
- Social Media and Digital Community strategy and execution.
- Current driver’s licence.
- Possess a current National Police Certificate - or the ability to acquire.
- Possess a current Influenza Vaccination - or the ability to acquire
- Undergo a National Personal Insolvency Check

**Desired Experience**
- Working in the aged care, home care sector or non-for-profit sector.
- In customer survey programs, SurveyMonkey or Qualtrics.
- With a marketing automation platform, CRM and CMS platform.

**Salary Sacrifice**

As a not-for-profit entity, our employees can package up to **$18,549** p.a. of their taxable income before your income tax is calculated. Up to **$15,900** p.a. on everyday expenses (such as mortgage payments, rent, groceries, bills and insurance) plus up to **$2,649** p.a. on meal/entertainment benefits.

**Your Impactful Role**

As a **Marketing & Communications Specialist**, you will:
**Develop & Implement Campaigns** - Drive integrated marketing strategies that **boost engagement and brand awareness**.

✍ **Create Impactful Content** - Write engaging stories, social media posts, website copy, and press releases that **resonate with diverse audiences**.

**Media & PR Relations** - Build media relationships, coordinate press events, and secure **positive media coverage**.

**Support Key Projects** - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver marketing support for events, fundraising, and outreach initiatives.

**About You**

✔ **Degree qualification** in Marketing, Advertising or Relevant field.

✔**Experience in**digital marketing, social media, content creation, and PR.
