Our Finance team is looking for an energetic and process driven person, who has 3 years' Accounts Payable experience, to join their team. You will have an Accounting certificate or diploma, be enthusiastic and a problem solver.

**About the Role**

Our Finance team is looking for an energetic and process driven person, who has Accounts Payable experience, to join their team. You will have an Accounting certificate or diploma, be enthusiastic and a problem solver.
- Processing, verifying and reconciling 100 invoices per week
- Day to day management of all payment cycle activities in a timely & efficient manner
- Chasing outstanding purchase orders
- Manual credit card reconciliation via excel
- Manual processing, which will move a digital system in the future

**About You**
- Comprehensive knowledge of Accounts Payable processes, internal controls and general accounting required
- Detail orientated with strong analytical and problem solving skills, customer service focus, timeline-driven environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, Navision or similar system
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to prioritise tasks, work independently and multi-task
- Ability to work in a team environment and assist others, when required
