**THE OPPORTUNITY**

An exciting and rare opportunity has become available for a **People & Performance Coordinator **based in **Ormeau**. This position involves working as part of our collaborative National People Team - reporting to the Qld People & Performance Business Partner.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Asssiting wth the entire recruitment and onboarding process
- Working with the People Business Partner to manage team admin and adhoc tasks
- Collection and analysis of HR data to support team strategies and presentations
- Involvement in continuous improvement and HR related projects with Stratco stakeholders at locations nationally and across Qld locations
- Coordinating apprenticeship & traineeships across the business
- Relationship building with all internal departments and external stakeholders
- Provide additional support to the WHS team with employee return to work coordinaton
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment.

**ABOUT YOU**
- High level administration & organsation skills
- Excellent attention to detail, Microsoft suite and communication skills
- Experience in employee recruitment, onboarding and HR admin
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a timely manner, where process optimisation, people experience, and growth solutions is a focus
- Desirable - Experience in building industry or manufacturing
- Desirable - Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline
- Desirable - Return to Work Coordinaton course or workplace experiene
