**Job Description**:
Gold Coast practice Spine and Body Centre of Allied Health is seeking an experienced mature receptionist to join their team on a casual basis with the opportunity to increase hours. Spine and Body is a multidisciplinary clinic, offering Physiotherapy, Osteopathy, Exercise Science and Pilates.

The position will initially be 12-15 hours per week inclusive of some weekend work as required. Flexible availability is essential, applicants must be available between the hours of 8:30am - 6pm week days and 9am -2pm weekends (if required) and be available to cover extra shifts during school holiday periods. Typically a shift will be 4-5 hours.

**Duties include**:
Create a welcoming and warm environment to each patient

Manage patient bookings and enquiries

Collect and input patient consent forms

Liaise with third party insurers confidentially and efficiently

Billing patients and processing invoices

Process end of day reconciliation.

Additional administrative duties

General clinic cleaning including floors and bathrooms.

Attending to the inbox of Outlook and Medical Objects and assisting team members with the delivery of referral letters and reports.

**The successful applicant will have**:
Prior and recent administrative experience in an allied health/medical practice.

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Professional and polite telephone manner.

The ability to multi task accurately in a busy environment.

Experience with electronic practice management systems and Hicaps/Eftpos

Ability to work independently and problem solve.

Excellent computer skills MS Word, Excel, Outlook.

An up-to-date Vaccination certificate - COVID 19 and be able to wear PPE as required
