**Job Description**: - ** Not for profit provider of Aged Home Care**: - ** Values-based organisation**: - ** Surry Hills NSW location**: - ** 8am - 4pm or 8.30am - 4.30pm M-F**: - ** Hybrid Work Set-up including Work From Home** We are looking for a highly motivated Scheduling Officer to join our extremely busy Home & Community Services scheduling team based in Surry Hills, NSW. The position is not for the faint hearted The Scheduling Officer is responsible for scheduling Community Workers to provide In Home Services for our clients. The position works as part of a large energitic team to ensure accurate and timely allocation of services across metropolitan and regional NSW. This is an exceptionally busy position that requires strong organisation, communication and problem solving skills. - To be successful in this role you will ideally have:_ - Experience in Aged Care Services together with previous rostering experience will be highly regarded - An enthusiastic "Can Do" attitude is essential - Ability to identify issues, assist in solving them and adapt to changing circumstances - Strong planning and organising skills with a high attention to detail - Enjoy finding solutions to complex customer enquiries - A passion to deliver quality customer service - Exceptional verbal and listening skills are essential as this role - An excellent telephone manner and ability to build rapport - Procura experience will be highly regarded - Willingness and ability to learn new technologies, and be involved in ongoing training - Sound interpersonal skills, reliability and honesty - Ability to work independently, as part of a busy dedicated team - Flu and Covid Vaccination evidence Catholic Healthcare is a leading not-for-profit provider of residential aged care, home and community services, retirement living and healthcare across NSW and SE QLD.
