Reporting directly to the Customer Experience Manager, this 6-month contract role is dedicated to ensuring that each e&s customer benefits from a committed advocate to address their concerns. Acting as a skilled mediator between our suppliers and customers, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring timely resolution and utmost satisfaction for our valued clients.
**A Customer Support Officer, with us, involves**:
- Providing hands-on support to our customers, sales teams and the warehouse and logistics team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordination of customer deliveries to ensure deliveries are made in full and on time.
- To use all resources of the company to resolve any customer issues as efficiently as possible
- Liaise with our suppliers to assist in the resolution of customer issues
- Managing the allocation of stock, ensuring customer requirements are met.
- Following-up expected delivery dates with customers.
- Working closely with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure optimise delivery efficiency.
- Assist the Accounts Receivable team with the processing of delivery invoices.
