**Description**:
THE ROLE
Fulcrum Suspensions now has an exciting opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our busy Capalaba workshop
We are seeking a confident and highly organised individual with preferable experience in Automotive Service Advising or from a similar customer facing position. You will enjoy a large variety of work options daily due to the nature of this position.
**The key responsibilities for this position are**:
Face-to-face contact with customers as they drop off & pick-up their vehicles.
Take enquiries and make service bookings from a range of customers
Develop positive relationship with customers, explaining their vehicle's needs.
Maintain regular contact with our customers to provide updates on their vehicles and additional work that is required.
Raising & sending tailored work quotations in timely manner.
Communicating what our suspension specialists discovered during Inspection of customer's vehicle.
Liaising with internal workshop employees to ensure that jobs are completed efficiently
Liaising with customers of their next scheduled wheel alignment & service using our online booking tools
Raise customer's trust and gaining repeat work, as well as word-of-mouth recommendation.
You will become an important link between our customers and service department, ensuring that we always provide a high level of customer service.

**Skills and Experiences**:
ABOUT YOU
- Previous Service Advising experience highly regarded
- High level of personal commitment to success in customer service
- Knowledge of motor vehicles and/or parts preferable but not essential
- Passionate about all things automotive or 4WD
- Strong communication skills over the phone and in person
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to multitask, whilst maintaining high attention to detail
- A stable work history
- Efficient working knowledge of computer systems and processes
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Those more seasoned professionals currently working in this role and industry but are looking for a new challenge within a progressive and dynamic Australian company.
- Those who may be new to the role, but are hard-working, willing to learn, meet the above criteria, and demonstrate their passion for automotive aftermarket products.
