We are reinventing the optical industry through affordable quality eye care. Dresden has built a following across Australia with customers falling for our sustainable colourful and customisable frames. We are on the hunt for passionate optical dispensers to join our growing **Sydney** team and be part of a positive change.
- Helping patients with frame selections colour combinations and fitting.
- Interpreting prescriptions for cutting lenses on site with training provided.
- Provide lens recommendations based on patient needs and taking measurements.
- Dispensing glasses and providing customers with optical care information.
- Maintaining customer records, handling daily stores finances, processing optical and contact lens orders.
- Work alongside experienced Optometrists and Dispensers.

About you
- Experience in customer service or retail within the optical industry.
- You’re a team player with a people focused ethos and friendly approach.
- Enjoy an adaptive workplace with development and learning.
- Good attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
- You enjoy problem-solving and learning new concepts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 21 - 38 per week
