**About the role**

The Talent Acquisition Officer is responsible for providing administrative support and advice for the delivery of customer focussed end to end talent acquisition activities. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Workforce Service Team.

**About You**

We are seeking passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Officers who will be committed to achieving extraordinary outcomes for the business. You are agile and flexible in an ever-changing environment and love a challenge. You have impeccable communication skills, are analytical, organised and a natural problem solver. You enjoy building trusting relationships, collaborating with your team, and taking initiative.

**To succeed in this role, you will have**:

- An understanding of operations and procedures relating to the conduct of employment screening including the handling of confidential information and undertaking of risk assessments.
- Experience with high volume administrative tasks in a transactional and complex environment.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- A willingness to be open to new learnings and ability to adapt to changes.

**Highly Regarded**:

- Knowledge and experience of HR Systems
- Previous recruitment and/or onboarding experience.
- Audit, Probity and Governance experience.
