Reporting to the Cafe Manager, the Cafe All-Rounder is responsible for the preparation and serving of hot and cold food and beverages for dine-in or takeaway customers. The role requires a high standard of customer service and maintaining a positive, supportive and vibrant environment.
- Duties & responsibilities include :_
- Interacting with customers and taking orders
- Using the coffee machine and blender prepare drinks
- Clearing and cleaning tables
- Taking payments and handling cash
- Communicating with kitchen staff regarding the menu
- Restocking items on shelves and in fridges and freezers
- Maintaining food hygiene and safety standards
- Ensuring all processes run smoothly to support management
- Skills & qualifications include :_
- A welcoming and friendly nature
- Excellent customer service skills
- Maintaining good personal and food hygiene standards
- Flexibility and ability to work in a team
- Ability to be physically active for long periods of time
- Resilience and ability to work under pressure
- 1 + Year/s coffee making experience
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage competing tasks

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- coffee making: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
