**About Us**

With Head Office based in Camberwell, manufacturing in Braeside this business offers a variety of food products for their 18 retail shops that consist of pastries, breads, cakes, and sweets.

As a café all-rounder you will report to the Store Manager, interact with people regularly and ensure the café runs smoothly by assisting with a variety of day-to-day operations.

- Camberwell
- Eastland
- Doncaster

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Taking orders, preparing/serving coffee, food, and drinks
- Providing excellent customer service whilst maintaining a “can do” attitude.
- Operating a POS and EFTPOS machine with cash handling duties
- Café cleaning duties including cleaning coffee machines and equipment.
- Maintaining a clean service area according to food safety standards

**Experience & Qualifications**
- Previous retail and/or hospitality experience advantageous
- Barista experience ideal but not essential as you will be taught
- Customer focused with a “can-do” attitude
- Experience with POS/cash handling
