Groundi Cafe is hiring for a Café All-Rounder role

Groundi Coffee Lounge is located on the ground floor of the Myer Eastland Shopping Centre at. The café offers a variety of menu items in a welcoming atmosphere.

A Café All-Rounder is a versatile team member responsible for various tasks to ensure smooth café operations. Key responsibilities include:

- **Customer Service**:Greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
- **Food and Beverage Preparation**:Assisting in preparing and serving food items, including making sandwiches, coffee, other beverages.
- **Cash Handling**: Operating the cash register, processing payments, and managing transactions accurately.
- **Cleaning and Maintenance**: Maintaining cleanliness in dining and service areas, including clearing tables and washing dishes.
- **Stock Management**: Monitoring inventory levels, restocking supplies, and informing management of shortages.
- **Team Collaboration**: Working closely with other staff members to ensure efficient service and a positive work environment.This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Previous experience in hospitality is beneficial but not necessary**.**

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $23.23 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 15 per week
