The Blackwattle Clinic is a private psychiatry clinic providing a professional and caring mental health service. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Receptionist / secretary to assist at the outpatient psychiatric clinic located at 55 Miller St, Pyrmont NSW.

The position will suit an experienced and well-presented clinical receptionist seeking a long-term, position to keep challenged while still maintaining a work/life balance.

Experience with Genie software would be helpful.

The position is offered on a casual basis at this time and will involve regular shifts Monday to Thursday 9:00am – 5.30pm and Friday 9-5.

Must be available to interview Tuesday 9th September and start Thursday 11th September.

Basic training given at start.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $35.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Pyrmont NSW 2009: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Medical admin/secretaria: 1 year (Required)
  • Medical receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:

  • Australia (Preferred)
