Our business is growing rapidly, which has created an opportunity for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our team on a contract for 6 months.

**Skills / Experience**:

- Evaluating business processes, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Working with a development and UI teams and being the conduit between technical and business resources
- Construct workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities and writing specifications
- Updating of functional and technical documents
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing
- Documentation and Writing Skills - ability to transcribe business requirements and processes into detailed and concise documents including visual diagrams and processes flows
- Problem Solving - ability to think creatively and work collaboratively with teams to solve business challenges
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure including the ability to achieve outcomes, prioritise work, meet deadlines, motivate staff, and retain personal motivation and tolerance
- Expertise in process design, change management, process implementation, systems analysis and testing
