Data and Analytics Manager

**Eldercare is looking for an experienced IT Data and Analytics Manager who can handle all aspects of Eldercare’s data needs,**
**such as business intelligence, reporting, data management, data warehousing and data integration.**

In this hands-on role (at least 80% hands-on), you will report to the General Manager Technology, lead the Data Team and partner with senior leadership to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions for the organisation. You will be responsible for advising on, contributing to and delivering the organisations Data Strategy.

About the Role:

- Based at our Head Office in Eastwood
- Full-time permanent role

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A minimum of 6 years of work experience in a data role such as Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Report Writing (PowerBI, Tableau, etc), Data Warehousing, Data Modelling, etc.
- Experience building and managing data teams.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Information, Computer Science or a related field and / or an equivalent combination of education, training and work experience.
- Exposure to Azure Data Tools such as Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, Data Lakes, etc.
- Exposure to or strong theoretical knowledge of databases, data warehouse concepts, data integration concept, business intelligence and reporting tools and concepts.
- Database query language (SQL) and ETL skills.
- Integration programming skills such as API’s, REST, XML, Json, etc.

- o work for Eldercare, you are required to have a police clearance valid for working in aged care (unsupervised contact with vulnerable people) and the clearance needs to be less than 12 months since date of issue._
