**About the Role**

Reporting to the Finance Business Partner, this role is responsible for providing efficient and accurate payroll services in addition to financial analysis and reporting to achieve Jones Radiology business goals and targets. This is an exciting new role which has been created to support our business units in delivering excellence in diagnostic imaging and healthcare services to patients, referrers, customers, and the community.

Working closely with the Human Resources and Finance teams, this role:

- Processes payroll services, including the calculation and completion of periodic payment of salaries and wages to all staff and doctors, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data and coding, and on-time delivery in accordance with the Jones Radiology payroll schedule.
- Shares responsibility to provide a high level of support to the business to ensure pays are accurately finalised.
- Analyses payroll data, presenting results and insights to relevant leaders and key stakeholders.
- Prepares and develops payroll reports and dashboards to help understand workforce activity, patterns and requirements.
- Provides analytical support to assist in financial impact of resourcing requirements.
- Provides payroll related financial analysis and insight as required for strategic projects and initiatives, including supporting the Continuous Improvement team.

This integral role enables Jones Radiology to achieve payroll objectives while ensuring compliance with financial and commercial governance through the provision of high-quality payroll and financial analysis.

**About You**

To be considered for this role, you will demonstrate the following:

- 3 years’ experience in an accounting, financial analysis or payroll role in a medium to large or complex working environment.
- 3 years’ experience in use of finance/accounting/payroll systems (highly desirable).
- Exposure to Awards and industrial agreements (desirable).
- Aspiration to commence or working towards completing CA/CPA (desirable) - opportunity for sponsorship.
- Demonstrated strong internal customer/client service focus.
- Strong analytical mindset.
- Advanced skills in Excel and high-level proficiency in Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
