We provide high-quality, personalized disability services, including Community Access, Transport, Personal Care, Meal Preparation, Domestic Assistance, Small Groups, and Cooking Classes. Our mission is to empower individuals to live fulfilling and independent lives.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manager to lead our team, ensure exceptional service delivery, and support the growth and success of our organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership and Supervision**:

- Lead, motivate, and support staff in providing high-quality services.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
- **Service Coordination and Delivery**:

- Oversee and coordinate participant services to ensure client satisfaction and compliance with NDIS standards.
- Manage rosters, staff allocation, and service schedules.
- **Operational Management**:

- Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
- Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and organizational policies.
- **Client and Stakeholder Relations**:

- Maintain positive relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders.
- Handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- **Growth and Development**:

- Identify opportunities to expand services and grow the client base.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and efficiency.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare reports on business performance, service outcomes, and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submission of documentation.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a management role, preferably in disability services or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the NDIS framework and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, staff, and operations effectively.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Commitment to providing exceptional client service and upholding organizational values.
- Relevant qualifications in Management, Community Services, or a related discipline (desirable).
