**Description**:
What your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to
- Joining forces with the People & Culture Team to drive culture activities and maintain structure data to support our transformation providing the best possible solutions for our teams.
- Support the development and implementation of people engagement activities.
- Actively engage with our People and Culture Business Partners to drive organisational change across business areas through structure changes and transformation projects.
- Provide administrative change support to underpin the implementation of our new HRIS.
- Collaborate with the wider People & culture team to contribute to a stellar onboarding and induction program for new staff creating an engaging experience.

**Skills and Experiences**:
What we’re looking for
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail is off the charts
- General people and change experience in a fast-paced environment
- An understanding of the telco and tech industry would be great
- Experience with Employee Engagement Surveys
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to rapidly changing situations
